James Moylan (Republican Party) is a member of the U.S. House, representing Guam's At-Large Congressional District. He assumed office on January 3, 2023. His current term ends on January 3, 2027.

Moylan is a former Republican member of the Guam Senate.

Biography

James Moylan was born in Tumon, Guam. Moylan graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. Moylan earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Guam. His career experience includes service in the U.S. Army, working as a parole officer with the Department of Corrections and in the healthcare, financial services, and insurance sectors.[1][2]
