James K. Muehlbauer is a judge for the Washington County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] He was first appointed to the position by Governor Jim Doyle in 2007 and was elected in 2008.[2] He ran for re-election to the Washington County Circuit Court in 2014 and won for a term that will expire in 2020.[3][4]

Muehlbauer earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1974, and his J.D. from the Marquette University Law School in 1979.[5] Muhlbauer also earned an M.A. in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1976.[2]
