James N. Butterworth was the chief magistrate judge for the Habersham County Magistrate Court in Habersham County, Georgia.[1][2] He retired from the court on July 15, 2014.[3]

Education

Butterworth received his undergraduate degree from North Georgia College and his J.D. from Mercer University.[4]
