James O'Quinn
James O'Quinn was a 2013 Democratic candidate for District 3 of the Virginia House of Delegates.[1]
Biography
O'Quinn works for a private security firm. He is a retired correctional officer from Keen Mountain Correctional Center. He previously served in the United States Army.[2][3]

O'Quinn ran in the 2013 election for Virginia House of Delegates District 3. O'Quinn ran unopposed in the June 11th Democratic Primary. O'Quinn was defeated by incumbent James Morefield (R) in the general election on November 5, 2013.[4]
