James O'Toole was a candidate for at-large representative on the New Rochelle Board of Education in New York. He was defeated in the general election that was held on May 17, 2016.[1]

Two of the nine at-large seats on the New Rochelle School District school board were up for general election on May 17, 2016. Incumbent Rachel Relkin, along with Todd Kern, defeated challengers James O'Toole and Vincent J. Malfetano in the race for the two seats.[2]
