James P. Kleinberg
James P. Kleinberg was a judge for the Superior Court of Santa Clara County in California. He was appointed by former governor Gray Davis in August 2002.[1][2] Kleinberg retired from the court on April 15, 2014.[3]
Education
Kleinberg received a bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.[2]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge for the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, Kleinberg worked for nearly twenty years as an attorney at McCutcheon, Doyle, Brown & Enerson. He previously worked as an attorney with Petty, Andrews, Tufts & Jackson and, before that, worked for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.[2]
