James P. MacElree, II

James P. MacElree, II is a former judge on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. MacElree was first appointed in 1992. In 1993, he won election to the court. He was retained in 2003 and 2013.[1][2][3] He retired from the court in 2018.[4]

MacElree, II was retained to the Chester County Court of Common Pleas with 75.6 percent of the vote on November 5, 2013. [3]
Education
MacElree earned his undergraduate degree from West Chester University in 1970 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland in 1973.[5][2]
