James Park Neill ran for judge on the Circuit 10 court in Alabama.

Neill was defeated by Virginia Vinson in the general election on November 6, receiving 43.19% of the vote.[1][2]

Birmingham Bar Association ratings

Education
Neill received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and in 1998, his J.D. from the Birmingham School of Law.[4]
Career
Neill began his legal career as a law enforcement officer in the City of Hoover. After passing the bar exam in 2000, he became a prosecutor for Jefferson County. He has worked in different positions with[4]
