Biography
Phillips was born in Searcy, Arkansas. He attended Bryan University and the River Valley School of Massage. His career experience includes working as a licensed massage therapist.[1]

|I believe that we (the people) are over-taxed. The government is growing at an alarming rate! I will stand up for the unborn. I support religious liberty. I will vote for common-sense legislation that will limit government and reduce regulations on the people and businesses. I will always protect our 2nd Amendment rights and oppose all so-called "red-flag" bills. I will promote conservative values and protect our God-given rights that all Arkansans hold dear.
I support school choice- Your voice matters!

As of the writing of this message, there are almost 5,000 foster kids in Arkansas, and for those that age out of the system are ill-equipped for life after foster care. The system is broken, let's fix it!
We have an example of what we should not be like in D.C. and I'm very grateful that Arkansas legislators are nothing like that.
