Biography
Bowman has his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Kansas and two master's degrees from the University of Michigan. He is a U.S. Army veteran, having served as a platoon leader.[1]

Incumbent Jim Bowman filed for re-election, while fellow board member Julie Baker opted not to seek a new term. Bowman and newcomer Timothy McKeag were unopposed for the two seats up for election.[2]
