James R. Heller is a district court judge for the Pierce County District Court in Pierce County, Washington.[1] He was appointed by the Pierce County Council in 1985 and has served multiple terms as presiding judge.[2]

Heller was re-elected by voters in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 6, 2019.[3] [4]
