James Robert Carroll
James Robert Carroll is an associate judge of the Cook County Circuit Court of Illinois. He was elected to this position by the judges of the Cook County Circuit Court in April 2014. He was reappointed in 2015 and 2019.[1][2][3]
Education
Carroll received a bachelor's degree from North Park University and a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School.[2]
Career
At the time of his judicial appointment, Carroll was an attorney at the law firm Much Shelist, P.C.[2]
