James Robey
James N. Robey is a former Democratic member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 13 from 2007 to 2013. Robey did not seek re-election in 2014.
Robey served as Majority Leader from 2013 to 2014, Assistant Deputy Majority Leader from 2008 to 2013 and Deputy Majority Whip in 2007.
Biography
Roney earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and his master's degree in Administration and Management from Hood College.[1]
