James Rosen
James Rosen (b. October 23, 1909 d. November 18, 1972) was nominated to the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit by President Nixon.[1]
Federal judicial service
Nominated by Richard M. Nixon on July 19, 1971, to a seat vacated by William Henry Hastie; Confirmed by the Senate on September 21, 1971, and received commission on September 22, 1971. Service terminated on November 18, 1972, due to death.
