Paint Your Wagon (I'm on my way)- from the Movie of the same name.

Chorus

Gotta dream boy
Gotta song
Paint your wagon
And come along

Where am I goin'?
I don't know
Where am I headin'?
I ain't certain
All I know
Is I am on my way

When will I be there?
I don't know
When will I get there?
I ain't certain
All that I know
Is I am on my way

Gotta dream boy
Gotta song
Paint your wagon
[And come along - Sung In German]

[Verse sung in German]

[Verse sung in Chinese]

[Verse sung in American Indian]

Gotta dream boy
Gotta song
Paint your wagon
And come along

Where am I goin'?
I don't know
When will I be there?
I ain't certain
What will I get?
I ain't equipped to say

But who gives a damn?
Who gives a damn?
Who gives a damn?
We're on our way

Where am I goin'?
I don't know
Where am I headin'?
I ain't certain
All that I know
Is I am on my way

When will I be there?
I don't know
When will I get there?
I ain't certain
All that I know
Is I am on my way

-Instrumental-

When am I goin'?
I don't know
Where am I headin'?
I ain't certain
All that I know
Is I am on my way

When will I be there?
I don't know
When will I get there?
I ain't certain
All that I know
Is I am on my way

Gotta dream boy
Gotta song
Paint your wagon
And come along

Where are we goin'?
I don't know
When will we be there?
I ain't certain
What will we get?
I ain't equipped to say
But who gives a damn?

Who gives a damn?
1. Dealing with liars.

2. Understanding those that do not respect America.
3. Understanding those that do not respect their fellow Americans.
4. Understanding those that do not want to help their fellow Americans before they help themselves.
5. Understanding anyone that would want to harm a fellow American for any reason except self protection or the protection of other Americans.
6. Understanding those Americans that do not want an education and to work and improve themselves.

1. Makes and passes laws for America.

2. The terms are only 2 years and a lot of work has to be done in a short period of time.
3. The House has the power to initiate all bills related to revenue for America.
4. They have the power of impeachment of federal officer.
5. They choose the president in the event that a presidential candidate fails to get a majority of the Electoral College votes.

6. The House represents more Districts than the Senate therefore they are closer to the citizens in my opinion.
No. They need good life experience, a good related education, and good background of success in everything they have done too. After all this is an executive "job" that requires a related higher education, a broad amount of life experience, proven leadership skills, a proven track record of success, a proven track record of successful negotiations skills, and knowing exactly what is needed in their District; that is what it takes. America is a combination of a huge business with revenues and expenses and a huge government for the people that must help all its citizens with their everyday needs. That giant business must operate effectively within the financial constraints they have, intermix with the rest of the world, and still protect and secure all of the citizens while helping them with all their needs. A great challenge!

A talented sharp business executive will adapt quickly and become much more effective quickly and get to work much faster than those without those skills, experience and education.
1. Respect, fairness, and equal treatment for each other in Washington. It will be hard.

2. A secure border and to have a fair and equal immigration program that will will work for everyone.

5. Continuing to regaining our strength and respect in the world as a country and a people.
6. Secure our economy and continue our growth, put all that want a job to work.
7. Solving the homeless problem.
8. Solving ALL the veterans issues and problems. Stop the suicides now!
9. Continue to reduce crime all across America.
10. Work to greatly improve our educational system at every point.
11. Address the student debt issue.
12. Continue to address environmental issues in America.
13. Continue to address trade imbalances with imports and exports.
14. To address the poor voting system we have and fix it.
15. To address the significant separation in positions between those who are liberal and those who are conservative in America. We must come closer together to have a successful Republic.!
16. To protect Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid

17. To provide better care for our elderly and to protect them..
1. Agriculture

2. Homeland Security
3. Natural Resources
4. Small Business
5. Transportation and Infrastructure

6. Veterans Affairs
No. I believe that 4 or 5 years would be better. A member just gets started and then has to return home and start campaigning again. With the short term a Representative is always fund rising and then is not working for his/her citizens in their District.
YES! 100%. While there is value in the length of time on the job gaining experience it is necessary to continue to bring in fresh ideas to Washington. America, the people and each District continue to change and one can not keep up on those changes when they live hundreds or thousands of miles away for most of the year. Over time political representatives develop relationships that have obligations, debts, and favors to return. They can begin to make decisions for those they represent based on who or what they owe instead of what is best for their citizens they represent. With term limits those issues will be broken and new members start fresh at the beginning of a new term.

Politics as a representative of the people for a specific area should NOT be a long term job or career.
Maybe. There is a lot of work to be done for the great 2nd District of Arizona and I can not be distracted from that work. I would have to see what is actually required before agreeing to something like that. Experience tells me to proceed with caution, ask lots of questions, and never over commit. I must remain focused on the needs of the great 2nd District of Arizona first! I must remain focused on what I am telling the great 2nd District I will accomplish for them while in office. If I am over committed I may not get all of it done and I am someone that has a long track record of getting it done!
I have heard so many stories from so many long time residents
stories of hardship, struggles, and frustrations as they themselves, their relatives of the past and their families fought to develop this great part of America. They fought to build it, to expand it, to live in it, and to appreciate this great part of America. Stories were told while I sat at their kitchen tables, in their barn, on horseback, in their truck, or out in an open pasture. Stories from the heart about how they carved out their space in the southwest and made their mark. It was hard, it was tough and it still is but they love it!

I have heard stories of how new people came to the southwest and fell in love with it, every part of it. They love the "Sky Islands" , the wildlife, the monsoons, the Saguaro cactus, the sunsets, the history, the warm winters or even the hot summers. Most of all I have heard stories from those that came here for just the area and a few for a job. They talk of their love of the desert and the wide open spaces where they can be left alone to enjoy it and not feel crowded. Or they can drive in to town and be with other like minded folks.

There is not one single story that is above all the rest for me. I love them all. The southwest and the great 2nd District of Arizona is not always an easy place to live and raise a family, be in business, just live in, or just work in. You have to want to be here and each individuals story is special, unique, touching and has an impact to be remembered, appreciated and learn from. I love them all!
