James Sewall Morsell
James Sewall Morsell was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was nominated by President James Madison on January 7, 1815. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 11, 1815, and received commission that same day. He served until the court was abolished on March 3, 1863.
