J.S. Douglas Webster is a magistrate for District 3 in Magisterial Region 7 in Virginia. He joined the court in July 2010, first serving as magistrate for Northampton County, then later for the City of Portsmouth.[1][2]

Education

Webster received his undergraduate degree in political science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007 and his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University in 2010.[2]
