James Stephen Yoffy
James Stephen Yoffy is a circuit court judge for the 14th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1][2][3] He was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in 2011.[4]
Education
Yoffy received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.[5]
Career
Before joining the 14th Judicial Circuit, Yoffy served as a district court judge for the 14th Judicial District Court from 2005 to 2011. He has also previously served as a deputy commonwealth's attorney in Richmond, Virginia.[4][6]
