Stuart ran for election to the Eighth Judicial District Court.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 34.7 percent of the vote. He competed against incumbent Bill Potter.

Education
Stuart attended the University of California - Los Angeles and San Diego State University for his undergraduate degree. He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego.[2][3]
Career
Stuart works as an attorney in private practice in Las Vegas, Nevada.[4] He has worked in the District Attorney's offices in San Bernardino, Esmeralda County in Nevada, and Stanislaus County in California. He has also worked for Ventura Legal Services, Clark County Legal Services, and Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers.[3]
