Political philosohpy
Golden made the following statement to Ballotpedia regarding his political philosophy:[1]
“ |
James T. Golden has a heart for service, a mind for progress, and a vision for unity. His vision is guided by the values of the diverse Mana-Sota community: We need more creative efforts to overcome the environmental, educational, and economic challenges facing our families every day. We need more bipartisan collaboration in the Legislature to provide equal pay for equal work, promote safer gun use, and enhance penalties for serial domestic abuse. We need more federal and state cooperation to rebuild our roads, bridges, and ports; reduce healthcare coverage gaps; and provide Zika research funding to benefit all Floridians. [2] |
