James Timothy Hetz
James Timothy Hetz was a 2014 judicial candidate for the Ninth Circuit Court in Florida. Hetz lost in the August 26, 2014, primary.[1][2]

Primary: He was defeated in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 13.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Harold M. Bacchus and Elaine Barbour.

Education
Hetz earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1990 and his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1996. He also holds an LL.M. from The John Marshall Law School and an M.B.A. from Woodbury University.[3]
