Tucker ran in the 2010 election for Idaho House of Representatives District 15A. Tucker was unopposed in the May 25 Independent primary. He was challenged by Brenda Lovell (D), incumbent Lynn Luker (R) and Randal Williamson (L) in the general election on November 2, 2010. Tucker was defeated by incumbent Lynn Luker (R) in the general election.[1]
