Biography
James Van Nostrand earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Northern Iowa, a master’s degree in economics from the State University of New York at Albany, a master's degree in environmental law from Pace University, and a juris doctor from the University of Iowa. Van Nostrand's career experience includes working as a professor and the director of the Center for Energy and Sustainable Development at the West Virginia University College of Law, an adjunct faculty member with the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, the executive director of the Pace Energy and Climate Center, and an attorney.[1]
