Abrams received his undergraduate degree from Trinity College graduate and his J.D. from the University of Conneciticut in 1988.[2]

Career

At this time of his elevation to the bench, Abrams was an attorney with the firm of Parsons & Abrams, LLC. He also served as Corporation Counsel for Meriden, Connecticut. Additionally, Abrams formerly served as a state Representative.[2]
