James W. Palmer, Jr. is a judge on the Vicinage 3 Superior Court in New Jersey. He was appointed to the court in 2009.[1][2] His initial seven-year term ended on January 14, 2016; however, he was reappointed to a second term on December 17, 2015.[3]
Education
Palmer received his B.A. in political science from Morehouse College, his MBA in management from Roosevelt University, his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington and his Ed.M. (Higher Education Administration) from Columbia University.[2]
Career
Palmer was an attorney at law from 1981 to 2008. He was then appointed to the superior court in 2009.
