Hello, I am seeking election to be the next Wisconsin Governor. I ask for your vote on November 3rd, 2026. Please stay informed on social media regarding updates to my campaign which can be found on my facebook page. I look forward to working with you as your Governor in tackling the most important topics to us here in Wisconsin. Thank you for reviewing my candidate profile. Best Wishes Always Wisconsin! Jamie Jo Carothers, 2026 Candidate for Wisconsin Governor
  • Education: As a mother, aunt, and former Substitute teacher the topic of education is very important to me, especially in regards to student well being. That is why as Governor of Wisconsin I will have a high priority on wellness enhancing programs for students. We need to have an improvement in student test scores. That being stated, we do well in what we have a passion for. I believe that a passion for learning can belong to all Wisconsinite students, if the best programs are available to them.
  • Economy: Topics of the economy and cost of living is an area I have a priority with, just as other candidates do. This is a topic concerning all states, not just Wisconin. As such, we can't do it alone. I believe the best chances for economic solutions is looking at what is working to lower essential living costs at state and assessing that compared to the unique factors involved here in Wisconsin.
  • Environmental: Balance in the environment is important to me. Responsibly using natural resources must be done to maintain balance between our demands to use what nature provides and environmental health. I believe with careful consideration of each environmental topic that balance can be obtained and maintained.
Constitutional legislation and civil rights focus in all public policy areas. Agriculture, forestry, and environmental policy are a few specialized areas of personal interest to me.
