Jan B. Bromell Holmes is a family court judge for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] Holmes was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly on February 7, 2007.[2][3]

Holmes received her B.A. in English and political science from Fisk University in 1992 and her J.D. from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1995.[2]
