She ran unsuccessfully for a judgeship on the same court in 2009.[2]

Gabriele ran unsuccessfully for election to the Town Court on November 8th. She received 35.1% of the vote and was defeated by incumbent Justice Thomas A. Klonick. She ran as a Democrat.[3][4]
