Janelle F. Wipper
Janelle Factora Wipper is a judge on the 20th Judicial District in Oregon.[1] The court has jurisdiction over Washington County and is located within the 20th Judicial District. Wipper takes over the seat vacated by Marco A. Hernandez when he was appointed to the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. She was appointed to the seat by John Kitzhaber in August of 2010.[2]
Education
Judge Wipper earned her bachelor's degree from Oregon State University and her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.[3]
Professional career
Wipper previously served as a deputy district attorney in Washington County for 11 years.
