|I support America First policies. Although the other Republican candidates are all good guys, I believe I am the most qualified candidate for the Republican Nomination due to my professional legal experience representing Georgians for over 12 years.
The job of a US Senator is to advocate for all Georgians, to draft laws and vote on bills. It is a job of an attorney. We cannot take this election lightly. We cannot rely on gimmick candidates. Unqualified candidates will be puppets of faceless unelected lobbiests and bureaucrats.
I am no gimmick. I will vote only on legislation I personally read and analyze. I need no interpreter as I am fluent in the language of the law, case law analysis and I have a firm understanding of the US Constitution and the United States Supreme Court holdings.
I am the only candidate in this race to publish my platform. I am clear, direct and honest about my intentions. I'm no career politician but I am a career advocate for Georgians.
We need to save Georgia and therefore save this Great Nation for our children. If we don't fight now, our Constitutional Republic may be lost.
Please go to my website to see my personal background and platform. I look forward to representing all of Georgia in Washington DC. I thank you in advance for your support.- We need to ensure voter integrity.
- Social media should be treated as a public forum to stop censorship of free thought.
- Infrastructure requires critical manufacturing of good we rely on to live including pharmaceuticals.
Notions of Equity are only appropriate in the judicial branch; not the legislative or executive branches. We already have courts of Equity.
True Equality is the promotion of no one based on immutable traits. What truly matters is the character and abilities of a candidate.
Capitalism is competitive while Socialism is a surrender. I support a merit and accountability based social system.
I wish to ensure true Equality on objective measures and limit subjective Equity analysis to the proper judicial body.
Unqualified candidates who obtain any office are mere puppets of faceless unelected bureaucrats. It is dangerous to elect a candidate who cannot evaluate the laws they present or vote on.
I believe it is a novel tool to prevent a majority from passing legislation that many believe is harmful.

Campaign website
Craig's campaign website stated the following:
“ |
America 1st Agenda: My Additional Ideas Social Media is a Public Forum. I propose we hold social media platforms as any other public forum. In doing so, access will no longer be restricted based on the content of the speech by those within the forum. The social media companies should be limited to time, place and manner restrictions for users. The modern view of our Freedom of Speech requires this to stop the monopoly on public speech and the free flow of thoughts between our citizens. Faceless Censorship must stop! Voting Integrity: First and foremost, this is a State level issue, I propose federal funding to assist the States, and oppose any attempts of federal overreach. I propose that each State employ the National Guard to observe all national elections. The National Guard is comprised of civilian soldiers who answer directly to the governors of each state with dual federal connection. This unique relationship between state and federal governments is important to have local control with federal oversight. Currently there is very little accountability for those working the polls. Our votes should not be diluted! National Guardsmen and women are a vetted, trained and loyal group of our citizenry with whom we give additional trusts in times of domestic crisis and turmoil. I believe less fraud will occur when those we grant so much trust to also facilitate our elections. Trust in our election system must be restored! Critical Manufacturing Infrastructure: The 2020 COVID pandemic has illustrated how much of our vital needs are controlled by nations which intend to do us harm. We need a critical supply of prescription drugs, medical equipment, technology components and transportation goods manufactured domestically. I will vote to stop doing business with our enemies. The current infrastructure bill has very little to do with what we actually need, and it is filled with pork and nonsense special interest project. Energy Independence: We need energy independence to even begin discussing domestic manufacturing. Joe Biden and the Democrat Party are the direct cause of skyrocketing energy costs. Energy Independence is the core solution to our most important issues. It was not that long ago that the United States was a net exporter of energy.
I firmly believe that abortion is the killing of an innocent life. I believe life begins at conception. I believe in limited and rare exceptions based on the viability of the child and the health of the mother. Issues like abortion must decided by principles of what is Right versus Wrong, and not the based on the impact on those who wish to do wrong things. Abortions for gender preference and to avoid special needs is an evil practice that has become too common. We are all God's children.
Those rights acknowledged in the Bill of Rights in the US Constitution are not granted to citizens by the government, but from God. These rights are not created by the US Constitution therefore, no State or Federal Government can take them away.
10th Amendment of the US Constitution: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Article 1, Section 8: Necessary and Proper Clause of the US Constitution expressly grants the Federal Government the rights to: 1) to tax; 2) to coin money; 3) to regulate foreign and domestic commerce; 4) to raise and maintain an armed forces; 5) to fix standards of weights and measures; 6) to grant patents and copyrights; 7) to conduct foreign affairs; and 8) to make treaties. All other governmental powers are reserved to the states. States' rights are commonly referred to "Police Powers" which includes Health, Safety and Education. We have too much Federal overreach today with issues solely within the powers of the States. The Federal Government has usurped State powers including education, public safety, criminal prosecutions, employment and conditional infrastructure funding. We also have too many State Infringements in fundamental rights when States enact laws a policies that infringe on Federally protected fundamental rights. The US Constitution sets minimum standards for fundamental rights and States can only provide additional protections. Certain States are infringing on citizens' rights to bear arms, and interstate travel. Fundamental Rights nor State Police Powers are subject to Emergencies or Pandemics! Martial Law is the only temporary exception.
Religion: Each US Citizen has the freedom to live your religion and to communicate your moral principles 7 days a week without government interference or censorship by social media. The Judeo-Christian values are being eroded and devalued by the Godless Left. Censorship/Social Media: Faceless and Godless employees of social media platforms have a monopoly on public messaging and political speech through unconstitutional censorship while receiving special treatment from the federal government at the expense of the American People. Access to social media should not be based on the content of the speech of the participants. This monopoly and censorship unconstitutionally abridges our Freedom of Speech. Family Values: I am Pro-Life. I support the nuclear family. Parents have a fundamental right to make decisions for their children without intrusion by politically motivated teachers, administrators and curriculum. I support School Choice for families where public schools have failed our children.
All law-abiding citizens should be free to carry firearms openly and across state lines. State lines and various restrictions are abridgements to this right. The US Constitution acknowledges this fundamental right. States must not abridge, but ensure each individual citizen's rights to defend themselves against tyranny and against those who intend to cause them harm.
I support law enforcement at every level to maintain the peace and to enforce the laws of state and federal government free of political interference. Defunding law enforcement is a foolish plan that leads to certain anarchy and public discord. The BLM and Antifa riots of 2019-2020 illustrate how our law enforcement has been weakened. Constitutionally protected right to protest is subject to the time, place and manner restrictions contained in the permit granted by the local government where said protests take place. When local authorities were prevented from enforcing these restrictions, our cities were destroyed, occupied and burned.
The 14th Amendment demands the Equal Treatment by our government for our citizens. Facially neutral laws are required. This is to prevent discrimination and special treatment. Equality is objective while Equity notions are purely subjective. Equality is what our US Constitution ensures, while Equity is completely misplaced in the Executive and Legislative Branches. Equity considerations are reserved to the Judicial Branch where judges hear subjective facts and analyze disputes case by case. Those who want more Equity considerations should promote additional discretion in trial court judges. Any efforts to promote Equity elsewhere is Unconstitutional pursuant to the 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause.
I support a strong military to deter an invasion of our great nation and for the protection of our allies around the world. The military is no sociology experiment to promote a political agenda. The sole considerations for military personnel decisions and policies should be Lethality, Efficiency and Effectiveness. CRT being promoted in our military is offensive to the rich history of a diverse US Military. The US Military was integrated long before the Civil Rights Acts of 1964.
We have a current immigration crisis at our Southern Border and we are being invaded by unvetted and unregulated populations now being shipped all across the US in direct violation of federal law! I support a strong presence at our US Borders, building the wall and vetting those who seek entry into our country. The beautiful thing on this issue is that we do not need new laws, but merely the funding and personnel to enforce the laws in place now. UNHCR, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees: Mexico became a signatory to the States Parties to the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees and the 1967 Protocol on June 7, 2000. I propose that Mexico build refugee camps on their side of the Southern Border since they allowed entry of the illegal migrants into their country. Refugees who reach Mexico can seek asylum there. Economic prosperity is not a valid basis to grant asylum to refugee applicants who have reached a safe nation. Refugees do not get to choose which safe nation to seek safety. The first safe nation has an obligation to those immigrants pursuant to International Law.
I believe we should abolish the IRS with the creation of a Flat Fair Tax for all citizens at the point of purchase. Collection and Funding Governments: Local sales would generate revenue and collected for the State Revenue Departments Each State would then pay their population-based share of Federal taxes to the Federal Government. The United States was created as a Constitutional Republic; a Collection of States with individual sovereignty who owe allegiance to a limited Federal Government. The IRS and Federal Income Tax code is an Unconstitutional act of federal overreach and violation of individual rights and Equal Protection. A Fair Flat Tax is within the spirit of Equal Treatment. Subjectively calculated income taxes are not supported by the US Constitution and socialist in nature. Only apportioned taxes on the People are Constitutional.
We have not modernized many governmental departments and agencies who employ unnecessary employees and operate inefficiently. This includes federally funded educational institutions. We must re-evaluate all departments based on need, effectiveness and efficiency. Some departments and agencies are over funded while other more critical activities are underfunded. If there is no money for government projects, we should not borrow from our enemies to study nonsense endeavors. If budgets are being spent merely to obtain next year's budget, funding of those activities should cease. Until we fund projects domestically that benefit our citizens, we should not fund any foreign projects. If we are giving federal aid to foreign governments merely for charity purposes with no strings attached, this illustrates how we are over taxing our People. We cannot feed our enemies while our children are hungry and homeless.
I am a strong capitalist for many reasons. Competition leads to innovation, invention and lower pricing. Free market capitalism and price competition is good for consumers. Socialism has no motivation to innovate, invent and the lack of price competition stagnates their economies. Socialism is giving up on all competition and kills economies. I stand with the People of Cuba and any other country who seek to overthrow socialist and communist regimes. This is directly related to immigration and national security. If we allow the able-bodied fighting age citizens of foreign countries to migrate here, there will be no one to revolt against the tyranny in their home countries.[3] |
