Candidate Connection

Jared Milrad participated in Ballotpedia's candidate survey on January 24, 2018. The survey questions appear in bold, and Jared Milrad's responses follow below.[1]

What would be your top three priorities, if elected?

1) Promote thriving small businesses throughout the district.

2) Protect environmental health for our children and families.
3) Ensure that Long Beach is a safe, affordable place to live and work.[2][3]

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about? Why?

As the son of a single mother and the product of public schools, I believe that every child should be able to achieve their full potential. From Cal Heights to Wrigley to the Westside, I want everyone to be heard in our government. District 7 needs a dedicated, innovative leader who will promote thriving small businesses, protect environmental health for our children and families, and support safe, affordable places to live and work. We need new ideas, a fresh perspective, and a strong voice to serve our entire district.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; invalid names, e.g. too many[3]
