Jason Ballard (Republican Party) is a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 42. He assumed office on January 10, 2024. His current term ends on January 12, 2028.

Biography
Jason Ballard was born and lives in Pearisburg, Virginia. Ballard served in the U.S. Army. He currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserve and has reached the rank of lieutenant colonel.[1]
Ballard earned bachelor's degrees in political science and management from Concord College and a law degree from West Virginia University. His career experience includes working as an attorney.[1]
