I grew up in a working-class family, where my mom worked multiple jobs just to put food on the table for me and my younger brother. Thus, I understand firsthand the challenges working families face, and that experience has shaped my lifelong commitment to advocating for those who need support and a stronger voice in government. After graduating from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, I moved to my home of Southern California.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked for Fortune 500 companies like SONY Pictures, Toyota, and the television division of Twentieth Century Fox –– as well as the cities of Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Currently, I’m a small business owner who provides software engineering services as an independent contractor.
  • Healthcare Access: I will fight to ensure that everyone, including Medi Cal recipients, veterans, seniors, and working families, has access to affordable, high quality healthcare. Healthcare is a right, not a privilege, and our system must reflect that. This includes the right to healthcare (including HIV prevention and gender-affirming care), the right to bodily autonomy, and the right to due process.
  • Human Rights and Civil Rights: LGBTQ+ rights, immigrants’ rights, and women’s rights are human rights. I will be a strong and unwavering voice in Sacramento for equality, dignity, and justice, and I will oppose any effort to roll back hard won civil rights. No one should ever be denied their civil liberties, and I will fight to make sure underserved communities can defend themselves from discrimination and unlawful arrests.
  • An Economy That Works for Everyone: Californians are being priced out of the communities they love. I have spoken with too many people who are working full time and still struggling to afford housing, healthcare, and basic necessities. I will fight for affordability, high paying jobs, strong labor protections, and a fairer tax system that prioritizes working people over wealthy special interests. This also means standing with striking workers and labor unions to secure better conditions, wages, and benefits for the working-class.
As a small business owner, I have creative solutions to support business owners while still protecting workers and the environment. If elected, I will identify sustainable solutions to the climate crisis by fostering collaborations between businesses, labor unions, and environmental groups.

As a gay man, I have dealt with discrimination my entire life. I will work to ensure that all marginalized groups have a voice and provide as many opportunities as possible for LGBTQ+ individuals to get involved in politics.

As a software developer, I have seen the dangers of artificial intelligence. We need to impose strong regulations on AI to mitigate its effects on the climate, the job market, and our ongoing mental health crisis.
I have been endorsed by
