Jason D. Tulley
Jason D. Tulley was nominated by President Barack Obama to a 15-year term as an associate judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia on June 29, 2016.[1] On January 3, 2017, Tulley's nomination was returned to President Obama at the sine die adjournment of the 114th Congress.[2]
Education
Tulley earned his B.A. from SUNY-Binghamton in 1992, and his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1995.[1]

Tulley was nominated by President Barack Obama on June 29, 2016, to serve as an associate judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia to succeed Judge Judith N. Macaluso, who retired from judicial service. The president gave the following remarks on Tulley's nomination: "I am pleased to nominate Jason D. Tulley to serve on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia ... I am confident he will serve the District of Columbia with integrity and a steadfast commitment to justice."[1] On January 3, 2017, Tulley's nomination was returned to President Obama at the sine die adjournment of the 114th Congress.[2]
