Campaign website
Davis' campaign website stated the following:
What I’m Focused On
As County Supervisor, my focus is on a few core areas that help Dubuque County move forward with confidence.
- Thoughtful, Long-Term Planning: Good decisions don’t stop at today. They look ahead. I believe major investments should be evaluated carefully so we continue building a strong, sustainable future for Dubuque County.
- Strong, Well-Coordinated County Operations: County services should work smoothly and make sense for the people who rely on them. That means improving coordination, modernizing where appropriate, and finding better ways to deliver services effectively. It also means exploring practical opportunities to improve how services are organized — including modernizing facilities and bringing services together where it improves access and efficiency.
- Accessible, Community-First Leadership: This matters most to me. I will be accessible — in person — not to lecture, but to listen and learn. The best ideas come from the people who live and work here, and leadership works best when it stays connected at the community level.
