Jason Fischer
Jason Fischer (Republican Party) was a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 16. He assumed office on November 8, 2016. He left office on November 8, 2022.
Fischer (Republican Party) ran for election for Duval County Property Appraiser in Florida. He lost in the general runoff election on May 16, 2023.
Biography
Jason Fischer was born on November 25, 1983, in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from Florida Community College at Jacksonville in 2003, and subsequently graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.S. in electrical engineering in 2005.[1] After graduation, he worked at Florida Power & Light (FPL). In 2006, Fischer left FPL to become a civilian engineer with the U.S. Navy. In 2011, Fischer transitioned back into the private sector and went to work for CSX Transportation. After leaving CSX, Fischer worked for URETEK Holdings as the head of their business development in the Jacksonville, Florida, metropolitan area.[2]
