Jason Jarvis
Jason Jarvis was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 111 of the Missouri House of Representatives. He ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2014.
Biography
Jarvis enlisted in the Unites States Army National Guard. He deployed to both Kosovo and Iraq.[1]
Jarvis earned his associate degree in criminal justice from the University of Phoenix. He went on to earn his bachelor's degree from the American Military University.[1]

Jarvis submitted the following statement to Ballotpedia:[1]
| “ | My goals are simple. I want to place the power back into the hands of the people.I want to repeal bad legislation and have major tax reform. I want to find ways to support small business and give them the same tax advantages, grants and loans as we give larger corporations. I want to create youth programs that will help them become more successful after high school and college. I want to do more for Missouri veterans. They should have all the resources they need to succeed after service to their country and to get treatment from wounds received in combat.[2] | ” |

Elections for the Missouri House of Representatives took place in 2016. The primary election was held on August 2, 2016, and the general election was held on November 8, 2016. The candidate filing deadline was March 29, 2016.
Incumbent Shane Roden defeated Del Viehland and Jon Schuessler in the Missouri House of Representatives District 111 general election.[3]

2014
Elections for the Missouri House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on August 5, 2014, and a general election on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 25, 2014. Incumbent Michael Frame was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Shane Roden defeated Jason Jarvis in the Republican primary. Frame faced Roden in the general election.[8][9] Roden defeated Frame in the general election.[10]
