  • Taxes have more than doubled since Theresa Daniel took office. Dallas County has the highest tax burden of any county in North Texas. As a result, our population has actually declined since 2019. Dallas County needs to focus on cutting property taxes for hardworking families, renters and businesses.
  • Waste, fraud and abuse are rampant in Dallas County. Mismanagement in the Courts, Jail and Juvenile facilities are leading to criminals being released early and sky-rocketing costs. Dallas County needs greater accountability on budgets, management and capital expenditures.
  • We need to ensure election integrity. Dallas County Elections have been plagued with problems. We need to return to simple, proven solutions to ensure that we protect our rights as citizens. 1) Secret Ballots 2) One-person, One-vote 3) Citizen voting 4) Fair and accurate counting. 5) Open, Transparent and Auditable results.
We must cut operating expenses by eliminating wasteful departments and spending. Dallas County has been riding the wave of increased property appreciation for the last decade. Dallas County is facing a fiscal cliff with rising debt, costs and interest. We need greater focus on this in the Dallas County Commissioner's court. Dallas County Commissioners are considering piling on more debt on property owners, businesses and renters.
Competent. Principled. Practical. The Dallas County Commissioner's Court needs to stop the virtue signaling and focusing getting actual work done.
Provide oversight to the bureaucracy, uphold the laws of the State of Texas, ask the tough questions. Provide services to constituents that are efficient without burdening the taxpayer.
A Dallas that my children would choose to raise their families.
Sacking Groceries at Tom Thumb. Between 8th and 9th grade.
Dallas County is sorely lacking it. Too many no-bid contracts. Too many contracts awarded to campaign donors. The County Commissioners get paid well. We need to stop the influence peddling and the best way to do that is more disclosure.
