Garrahan earned an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1997. He went on to receive his J.D. from St. Mary's University Law School in 2004.[4]
Career
From 2005 to 2014, Garrahan worked as an assistant criminal district attorney for Bexar County.[4]
