|- Jason understands that the University will need to explore new avenues for funding programs to meet this increased demand for mental health services. He’s prepared to work with the University and develop partnerships with qualified community organizations to ensure that the necessary funding is available.
- This is a time of robust debate and political discourse in our Nation, and our public universities have a duty to protect and defend the First Amendment rights of students, staff, and faculty. The Right to free speech is not just the law, it’s a critical part of the pursuit of knowledge and understanding. There is no place more important than our public Universities to protect open discourse and the exchange of diverse perspectives.
- Diversity is not a buzz word. It’s a commitment to inclusivity that Jason Robinson has spent nearly two decades advocating for. Jason understands that developing a diverse student body at the University level starts by opening pathways for students and parents starting as early as kindergarten, and all the way through high school. Further, he has proven that the University alone cannot deliver on this promise of diversity – it takes strong, sustainable community partnerships to engage parents and students at the grass-roots level.
