Jason Rojas
Jason Rojas (Democratic Party) is a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 9. He assumed office in 2009. His current term ends on January 6, 2027.
Rojas (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Connecticut House of Representatives to represent District 9. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Rojas began serving as state House majority leader in 2021.
Biography
Rojas' professional experience includes working as Director of Community Relations at Trinity College. He is a member of the New England Association of Schools and Colleges Commission on Public Secondary Schools.[1]

In 2008, Rojas won election to the Connecticut House of Representatives from Connecticut's 9th District, defeating Clifton Thompson (R). Rojas received 7,660 votes in the election while Thompson received 5,200 votes.[8] Rojas raised $40,000 for his campaign; Thompson raised $39,604.[9]
