Jason S. Samuels is the Seat A representative on the Hampton School Board in Virginia. He won election to the board against incumbent Jennifer P. Phillips in the general election on May 6, 2014.

Samuels earned his bachelor's degree in social work from Norfolk State University in 1998. He later earned a M.Ed. in secondary education from Old Dominion University in 2002. Samuels has been the program director for the city's Peninsula Foster Grandparent Program since 2006.[1]
