Biography

Jason Schmitz was born in Neenah, Wisconsin. He graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in 2017. His career experience includes working as an electrician and community service officer. He has been affiliated with the United Steelworkers Local 121b, Fox Valley Area Labor Council, and Outagamie County Community Emergency Response Team.[1]

I am a devoted husband and father to my wife Chrisie and our two children. I currently reside in Harrison, where I have lived for the past nine years. I have been an Industrial Electrician for Neenah Foundry for the past 12 years. I am very pro-union. I am currently on the executive board for the United Steelworkers Local Union at the Foundry and the executive board for the Area Labor Council. I grew up in a union household my whole life. I am also currently a volunteer for the Outagamie County Community Emergency Response Team.
  • Repeal 2011 Wisconsin Act 10 and Right-to-Work law.
  • Increase funding for public schools.
  • Increase the minimum wage to $15/hr.
Funding for Public Schools, Police, Fire and Rescue, Affordable healthcare, and Affordable childcare.
My mother, she is very caring and helpful and that's the way I am and want to continue to be.
Dishwasher for Friday night fish fry at a VFW in town.
It should be a partnership in make Wisconsin one of the most desired state for people to live in.
Most definitely, and from all parties. This is how you work out your differences and get things done.
Do you know why the Minnesota Viking color is purple? You'd be purple too if you choked as often as they did.
Something to do with public school funding.
