- I am the only candidate running for this position who is licensed to practice law in Texas and who has real-world experience practicing law. I am licensed in Texas, Georgia, Colorado and the District of Columbia. I am licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and numerous other federal appellate and trial courts.
- My law practice experience has included both civil and criminal work. The duties of a justice of the peace are broad: they are more than just traffic tickets and weddings. Civil claims up to $20,000 can be heard by a justice of the peace and the consequences of a judgment can be devastating. The people deserve a judge who understands both civil and criminal law.
- I have unmatched conservative credentials having been an attorney representing conservatives my entire career and advocating for conservative causes since I was a teenager.
