Jasper Schneider
Jasper Schneider is vice president of member engagement for the National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC). He has served as vice president since 2015.[1] He was a Democratic-NPL member of the North Dakota House of Representatives. He represented N.D. House District 21 from 2006 until he resigned on November 1, 2009. Schneider earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Jamestown College and his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. He and his wife, Kimberlee, have one child; John.[2]

Schneider was a Democratic-NPL member of the North Dakota House of Representatives. He represented the N.D. House District 21 from 2006 until he resigned on November 1, 2009, upon his appointment by President Barack Obama (D) to serve as North Dakota rural development state director for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.[5] In October 2014, he was named acting administrator for the U.S.D.A. Rural Utilities Service.[5][3] He resigned from the U.S.D.A. and joined the National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) as vice president for member engagement in April 2015.[1][5]
In 2012, Schneider was named to the list of Top 500 Influencers in American Politics by Campaigns & Elections Magazine.[6]
