Javi Andrade
Javi Andrade (Democratic Party) is running for election to the U.S. House to represent Texas' 21st Congressional District. He declared candidacy for the Democratic primary scheduled on March 3, 2026.[source]
Andrade also ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Texas' 10th Congressional District. He will not appear on the ballot for the Democratic primary on March 3, 2026.

Biography
Javi Andrade was born in Kerrville, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army from 1999 to 2019. Andrade earned a high school diploma from Tivy High School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2016. His career experience includes working as an information technology professional.[1]
