Javier Enrique Vargas
Javier Enrique Vargas is a judge of the New York Court of Claims. He assumed office on June 6, 2022. His term ended on March 31, 2024.

Career
Vargas served as a Family Court Judge in Kings County from 2015 to 2022. Prior to that, he was a Judge in New York Civil Court as a Housing Part. Before that, Vargas was Chief Court Attorney for the First Department of the Appellate Division.[1]
