Jay A. Wethington is the chief circuit court judge for the 6th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Daviess County in Kentucky.[1] He joined the court in January 2007 and was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[2][3] His current eight-year term expires on January 1, 2023.[4]

Career
Before he became a judge, Wethington served as the chief prosecutor for the Commonwealth Attorney's Office from 1995 until he joined the court in 2007.[2]
