Jay R. Irwin was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. He was first appointed to this position on August 16, 2000.[1] He was last reappointed on June 25, 2008, to a term ending on June 25, 2016,[2] but retired on November 18, 2011.[3]
