Jay Paul Gumm
Jay Paul Gumm is a former Democratic member of the Oklahoma State Senate, representing District 6 from 2002 to 2010.
While in office, Gumm served as assistant minority floor leader. He was defeated in the 2010 general election by Josh Brecheen (R).
Biography
Gumm earned his B.A. in political science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. His professional experience includes working as a realtor and consultant.
